The Fund, previously organized as an open-ended mutual investment fund under the Luxembourg law of 13th February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, as amended, was converted into an umbrella fund ("Fonds commun de placement à compartiments multiples") registered under Part I of the Luxembourg law of 17th December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, as amended (the “2010 Law"), with effect from 14 July 2014.
